These are the Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “the Terms”) of the website
www.camaraworkshop.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”) owned and operated by
Sigrid Agathos, with registered office “camara” in Vasileos Konstantinou 10, Nafplio 21100 /
Greece, with Tax ID: EL041823383 (hereinafter referred to as “camara”, or “we”, or “us”, or
“our”). The Website is an online store selling handmade design jewelry (hereinafter referred
to as “products”). By accessing or using the Website, you approve that you have read,
understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
User Responsibilities
In order to use the Website, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of
majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into
these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use the Website if doing so is
prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
Using the Website, you declare that all information provided by you is true, accurate and
valid. You declare that you will not use the Website to send, publish or transmit any illegal

Commercial Terms
When buying an item, you agree that:
(i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it.
(ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an
item and you complete the check-out payment process.
All prices shown on the product pages of the Website include Greek VAT (24%).
Moreover, the prices of the products do not include extra costs, such as products’ custom
clearance (taxes and import duties – for non E.U. countries) which are charged to the
recipient.
