Return, refund, replacement
You have the right to return a product without justification, within 14 days of the date you
receive the product, by completing the declaration of withdrawal and sending it to the address

In the case of a refund, you only bear the shipping cost of returning the product.
Refund is accepted if each product you wish to return is in the same condition as received, untouched,
unused, inside the original packaging and accompanied by the purchase receipt.

Refund is based upon the original payment method.
Any damage to the product upon return to us is solely the responsibility of the customer.
At the time of delivery, we recommend you to carefully check the condition of the product and the packaging,
in order to identify any obvious defects.
In case that a product has been found to be defective, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product.
If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund
upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and
customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
